Thank you for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get these games to launch these two games. I tin totally understand how this could be concerning/disruptive. If this is happening consistently, I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support page entitled Troubleshoot gameplay issues on Windows x.

for playing Xbox Play Anywhere games y'all need every update on Windows, y'all need accept updated Graphic, DirectX and Visual Studio. Just some instance is need to update your audio.
